Als Koordinator/-in für Studienarchitektur und zentrale Studienberatung entwickelst du gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen der School of Students and Young Researchers (StaRs) im Early Career Center eine zentrale Studienberatung der UTN, die moderne und innovative Formate nutzt – von Online-Plattformen über Chatbots bis hin zu kreativen Beratungsveranstaltungen. Du vernetzt dich mit Beratungseinrichtungen in der Region, entwickelst UTN-eigene Formate und stärkst die Präsenz der UTN in der Bildungslandschaft. Deine Rolle geht aber noch weiter: Du entwickelst Konzepte für eine zukunftsorientierte Studienplanung, die die komplexen Anforderungen unseres Lehr-Lernkonzepts in eine smarte Semesterplanung überführt. Darüber hinaus initiierst du Unterstützungsmaßnahmen, um Studierende optimal bei ihrer Studienwahl zu begleiten.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Aufbau und Entwicklung einer zentralen Studienberatung der UTN, insbesondere die Entwicklung von Strukturen und eigenen Beratungsformaten sowie werbewirksamen Beratungsveranstaltungen
• Entwicklung eines Konzepts zur langfristig tragfähigen Studienplanung im Rahmen des UTN Lehr-Lernkonzepts; insbesondere das Projektmanagement und die Kommunikationsführung als Schnittstellenfunktion auf fachlicher Ebene zwischen den internen Stakeholdern
• Initiierung, Entwicklung, Koordination und Umsetzung beispielsweise fachlicher Eignungstests oder ähnlicher Methoden zur Selbsteinschätzung von Fachwissen für Studierende als Bewertungsinstrumente im Rahmen der Studierendenauswahl

Dein Profil:

Erforderlich:

• Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium auf Master-Niveau im Bereich Sozialwissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
• Langjährige (mindestens drei Jahre) Berufserfahrung im Bereich Studienberatung bzw. Studiengangsmanagement
• Langjährige (mindestens drei Jahre) praktische Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und der Schnittstellenkommunikation
• Fachkenntnisse in den einschlägigen Rechtsnormen und Vorgaben, wie bspw. den Bologna-Vorgaben, Stipendienrichtlinien oder dem BayHIG
• Sehr gute mündliche wie schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
• Hohe IT-Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Social-Media-Kanälen
• Hohes Maß an Dienstleistungs- und Serviceorientierung sowie Teamfähigkeit
• Eigenverantwortliche und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsfreude sowie sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten

Wünschenswert:

• Idealerweise Kenntnisse innovativer, digitaler Lehr-Lernkonzepte und Campusmanagement-Systeme

As Coordinator for Study Architecture and Central Student Advice, you will work with your colleagues from the School of Students and Young Researchers (StaRs) in the Early Career Centre to develop a central student advice service at UTN that uses modern and innovative formats - from online platforms and chatbots to creative advice events. You will network with counselling institutions in the region, develop UTN's own formats and strengthen UTN's presence in the educational landscape. But your role goes even further: you develop concepts for future-oriented study planning that translates the complex requirements of our teaching-learning concept into smart semester planning. You will also initiate support measures to help students make the best possible choice of study programme.

Your tasks:

• Establishment and development of a central student advisory service at UTN, in particular the development of structures and own advisory formats as well as effective promotional advisory events
• Development of a concept for long-term sustainable study planning within the framework of the UTN teaching-learning concept; in particular project management and communication management as an interface function at the professional level between the internal stakeholders
• Initiation, development, coordination and implementation of, for example, professional aptitude tests or similar methods for self-assessment of specialist knowledge for students as assessment instruments within the framework of student selection

Your profile:

Required:

• A successfully completed academic degree at Master's level in the field of social sciences, law or business administration or comparable
• Many years (at least three years) of professional experience in the field of student counselling or study programme management
• Many years (at least three years) of practical experience in project management and interface communication
• Expertise in the relevant legal standards and regulations, such as Bologna requirements, scholarship guidelines or the BayHIG. Bologna regulations, scholarship guidelines or the BayHIG
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• High IT affinity and confident use of common social media channels
• High degree of service orientation and ability to work in a team
